Products & Use  

All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural and botanical ingredients. Please review all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Jardín de las Flores is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.  

Orders  

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please ensure all information, including shipping address, is correct at checkout.  

Pricing & Availability  

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Due to the handmade nature of our products, quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed.  

Shipping  

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.  

Returns & Exchanges  

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.  

Intellectual Property  

All content, including product names, branding, images, and design, are the property of Jardín de las Flores and may not be used or reproduced without permission.  

Limitation of Liability  

Jardín de las Flores shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use products at your own discretion.
