Refund policy

At Jardín de las Flores, every product is handcrafted with care using natural, botanical ingredients. Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.  


However, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.  


We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.  


Please note that we are not able to offer refunds due to individual skin sensitivities, as every skin type is unique. We always recommend reviewing ingredients before purchasing.
