All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary during launches or high-volume periods.  


Shipping Time  

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.  


Shipping Rates  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  


Order Tracking  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.  


Incorrect Addresses  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jardín de las Flores is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  


Lost or Delayed Packages  

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.  


Damaged Items  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.
